We here at Susie’s BBQ have five (5) choices for meat selection: Beef Brisket (chopped beef), Tri-Tip (beef) ($18.00), Pork RIBS, Chicken (wh/dk), and Pulled Pork shoulder. You choose two (2) of the meats. You get Susie’s baked beans, Corn, Choice from: Cole slaw, Potato salad, or macaroni salad. All this in Fallon for $12.95 per person “All You Can Eat” served buffet style. We supply the plates, forks, napkins, sauce, salt, pepper, toothpicks, and our own tables and tablecloth to serve the food on. We have other options available at a nominal fee. We can provide canned sodas and bottled water self served for $1.00 per person. We have available a Tossed green salad for $1.00 per person. Deserts are available at $1.00 per person. Now the neat thing is we can mix and match to form your best meal and price. Example: maybe you would like tossed green salad instead of the corn or maybe drinks instead of the corn.
We also offer Prime Rib dinners starting at $22.00 per person. (With beans, corn, and coleslaw)
This is just a basic menu and can be changed to fit your gathering. If your gathering is outside 100 miles a fuel charge will be applied.
Susie's BBQ will cater anywhere in the United States, except Alaska and Hawaii.

We can cater 30-2000 people with a minimum charge of $300.00 so bring lots of people.
We can cater to special events where tents, port-a-potties, table and chairs, trashcans, and dumpsters may be needed. These prices vary by event, location and time of year. Please call for prices.
